Would a possible Pedialyte drink once/week possibly help with the electrolyte deficiency?
My diet has been relatively good. I only use cast iron, and cook most meals. We seldom ever eat out, and I am a big banana eater. I used
Sea Salt in most recipes, and I drink Soy milk.
I feel I have enough fat reserves to do a 40 day fast. My main goal is to watch how a body eats its own fat to survive. I feel spiritually called to do this, and my main motivator is not weightloss. It will be nice to have this happen, but I really want to heal my body. I feel very motivated for this sole purpose. I know getting the extra weight off (had four babies) will help me keep myself healthier if I continue fasting every year as part of a healthy lifestyle.
I actually want to heal and see how the body does it in its purity.
I started today at noon because I read it was good to have some fatty foods before the fast in order to induce fat burning. I think I read that on here somewhere.
I have officially started at 1200 EST on 18 September.
