I will keep on pulling for sure, and can try the coconut oil, maybe for a second round of OP in the afternoon or evening. The Iodine gargle and swishing is something I will continue for a while to see if things improve. Every little bit of progress counts! Yet, I am sure my dentist will insist on surgery, which I am not too happy about!

And world peace, as far as I understand, is what happens when people selfishly sit down to meditate in order to feel better and find inner peace, doesn't it? ... :-)
