If you actually want to regrow gums, you need a pretty hefty dosage of quality Q10 (or better Ubiquinol) and even then it works very gradually. Noticeable over several years (at least in my case).

I would concentrate more on oil pulling than putting a bunch of herbs/tinctures/etc on your gums. You might want to try coconut oil because it has some antibacterial properties. Maybe a few times a week, then back to sesame or flax seed oil. The coconut might help with the inflammation also if its caused by an infection.

Daily contribution to world peace, huh? Impressive.
