B12 sublingual are very good. The langue is highly vascularized. Just keep the drops there for 4 minutes and before you swollow them.

I red one interesting old article randomly about Giardia and I cannot find the damped of it again. They speak in it about a chitin synthesis inhibitor with a STRONG destructive effect on Giardia. Giardia became like a sponge and dies in a matter of minutes. The cysts and the amoeba form die. The medium with this chitin inhibitor stayed active for a long period of time and Giardia couldnot develop a resistance. The resistant one became chitin defecient and also cannot attach to the mucosa. A win win situation but Girdia could hold to the strike.

I believe I have Giardia also became my main pain is around my stomach, left rib, and deodenum. Not sure because no lab showed me Giardia accept E.hartmanni and PPTU from MM. I gave up with labs because there is no reason to continue testing when I still have the symptoms.
