B12 injection are very good therapy for Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome and af . U should use Hydrox or methyl b12 shots. Check online for dosage and infos.

B12 shot had a really positive effect on me but they made my skin break out witch is usually the only bad side that can happen.

Good for brain, memory , allowing the body to detox and methylate.

In 2010 I did an endoscopy and was tested for Helicobacter pylori but the test was negative. IIRC the exam showed that I had gastritis/inflammation. The doc took a picture of my stomach and also did a biopsy.
I have the report with the picture somewhere...

I'm not sure if that is considered "carefull testing" tho. I had many false negatives when stool testing for parasites and I would not be surprised if H. Pylori tests are just as unreliable.

IIRC H. Pylori was included in my MetaMetrix test. I haven't tried the blood or breath test.

I felt a bit better when I was using sub lingual B12 in 2009. The problem with those liquid b12 is that the ones that work for me have sugar. The Sugar free ones come with sweetener that makes my situation worse then if I was to take the ones with sugar. IIRC the b12 pills had a weak effect.

Things would be easier for me if I was able to pay for doctors and more tests. I'm self treating at this point and hoping I can get enough energy to work and be able to pay for tests and doctors... Its a type of chicken and egg situation...

The protozoa also gave me hypoglycemia and I'm hoping I can find a supplement that can help.

I used to take liquid sub lingual b12 with some good results but the ones that worked for me had Sugar and the ones wihtout Sugar had sweetener that made me feel worse.

I gave up on the injected C idea. Its harder to find & more complicated to inject. I also read it can be very painful.

At the moment I'm getting B12 to inject and Chromium polynicotinate (to see if it will help with hypoglycemia).

4 days ago I got a methyl B12 and B6 shot from my doctor after testing positive for a genetic mutation called mthfr a1298c - my body doesn't process B vitamins correctly. Anyways, the next day I got rid of a bunch of parasites, and have been for days. They look like roundworm. Supposedly I am parasite free according to some recent labs, but obviously not. And I guess methyl-B can help your body get rid of parasites.
