I take 2 capsules of Vitex twice a day @400mg per capsule. I take 2 capsules of Wild Yam twice a day @375mg a capsule. It does take several weeks to start noticing a difference but well worth it for using something natural.

P.S. My boobs have grown a cup size!! LOL Its crazy but true. I'm 40 yrs old and finally grew boobs!! :)
