 Yes, you are absolutely right. Millions of people have Celiac Disease and most don't even know it! Doctors seem to have as much difficulty diagnosing Celiac Disease as they do diagnosing Pancreatitis. It is sad and what is more sad is Celiac disease, an autoimmune disease, can be linked to autoimmune Pancreatitis.
