Re: A Few Thoughts...
"have you tried eating nothing but watery fruits for a week or two? In my experience this is the ultimate bowel cleanse"
you know, you gave me quite an idea, there is berries season coming in Norway in two weeks or so! last year we were able to fill a bucket of 20 liters with blueberries, in one hour...
"I agree with Alison in that the “acid” is more likely to have come from the liver than the bowel"
well historically liver is my weak organ, due to suppressed emotions in my childhood to begin with, and hepatitis at age 5. I will try this month before next flush to do many coffee enemas. I'm also thinking that during the next flush I will make several enemas all along, adding something alkalising to the water (which is already ph8, in my case).
"Hm, I did read your entire thread in the Ask Moreless forum, and it seems to me that his aversion to flushes is based on miscomprehension."
I'm also afraid it is so, pity because it would instead be very interesting to integrate the classic protocols of flushing with appropriate alkalizing support, which is the line where I want to go myself. During this flush I found absoultely great to take the ACV&honey first thing in the morning, which is something not included in the classic protocols. If it is true that minerals in great measure are required in order to expell toxins, I find it obvious to think of a massive supplementation during the hours of flushing.
