My health insurance covered about 65% of the Spectracell vitamin analysis. They did not cover the CDSA however. These are both generally naturopath or complimentary medicine tests. Your visit to a naturopath may likely be covered to some degree, I know most insurance will cover things like a chiropracter and put naturopath in the same group. I haven't tried to get reimursed for any of my visits yet as I am just too sick to be bothered and have more money than health at this point. My GI specialist does not view the CDSA as one of her normal tests and so doesn't give a huge amount of weight to the results. You might be looking at 100-200 to see a naturopath, 180 for a CDSA that just checks the flora balances, and another 180 for a the spectracell if it is covered at the same percentage mine was.
