4 parts Brigham (NOT Bringham) herb (ephedra species
6 parts Hydrangea root (hydrangea arporescens)
4 parts Yucca (yucca species
4 parts Chaparral (larrea tridentate)
1 part Lobelia (lobelia inflate)
1 part Burdock Root (Actium lappa)
1 part Sarsaprillia (similax officinalis)
1 part Wild lettuce(lactuca sariola)
1 part Valreian root (valeriana officinalis)
1 part Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium)
1 part Cayenne (capsicum frutenscens; C. minimum)
1 part Black cohosh (cimicifuga racemosa)
3 parts Black walnut


I've looked up Brigham Tea (typo in previous post), it's an ephedra species. If you've got problems with high blood pressure, you probably shouldn't take that.

Hydrangea root is a kidney tonic herb. Helps flush out toxins and helps with inflammation by acting on the lymph system and as a diuretic.

Yucca is traditionally used for arthritis, it acts as an anti-inflammatory.

Chaparral is another lymph cleaner,

Sarsprilla - lymph cleanser, anti-inflammatory, pleasant root beer taste (will help mask bitterness of other herbs)

Wilde lettuce - relieves pain and can induce sleep if given in larger doses

Valerian - calms, induces sleep, can help relieve pain

Cayenne - you have

Black cohosh -another anti-inflammatory with estrogenic properties to help menopause, induce labor and PMS, mild diuretic

Black walnut - you have
