If I feel very congested and don't feel well I take the 2 doses of ES and then see if I feel well enough to do the Liver-Flush the next day tho sometimes I have to put the Liver-Flush off for a week or more. Have you done the preparations - parasite program, stone softening/dissolving? Tweet
