Perhaps you missed the recent event that occurred in late July 2011 - Congress created a new form of government - the Council of 13, a.k.a the 'Super Committee' or better said Obama & his 12 disciples (consisting of 3 Dumbocrats & 3 Repugnicans), or in other words we're now under the reign of 13 dictators, whereby the President is the kingpin.

This is an example whereby belief can override the basic fact that the Constitution is dead, it has been undermined by design.
