Re: Slippery Elm Externally

Hi,

The swelling of my left foot is going down very slowly. This week I noticed that I can stay on my feet longer without getting throbbing pain in it, but it's still a lot bigger than my other foot. I think this may take 60-90 days or more before it's done reducing. The wound still drains and may keep it up until the swelling goes away, and I have numbness in it.. I hope this isn't TMI.

I have applied Slippery Elm to it yet, and I'm not sure if I could at this point.

Joe
