Hi,

This gets too confusing for me after a while. If I had a wife that was up on this stuff it would be great, but wifes like that are few and far between.

I ran out of Ech tincture but I do take garlic internally. Can't apply heat to my legs wounds much yet. I still have to wear the boot to bed and for most of the day.
