You could try herbal laxatives - cascara, senna and eat prunes. Castor oil. I did salt water flushes (2 level teaspoons in 3 cups water) every morning for about 2 weeks. Since the enemas aren't helping you probably have small intestine constipation so magnesium laxatives won't help much. Taking 2 magnesium capsules at bedtime might help. The jelly beans may be clear mucus from the irritation in your gut.
