Hi everyone, I posted a few days ago about starting on the parasite cleanse. I just wanted to do a quick update and of course, thank everyone!!

First of all, I don't know if it's the psyllium with activated charcoal or the Black-Walnut mixture, the other day I finally felt like I had to go and since it had been a couple days I figured it'd be fun to "catch it and poke around." It's very odd to me that I'm so interested to play with poop these days.

So anyone, I passed a good amount of stuff and I took a tong and started poking around. All of a sudden I felt this...kinda squishy thing. A couple of them actually. So I separated them and showered everything with water.

Once I washed it off, it literally looked like lima beans. It wasn't hard, it was just squishy.

The next day I took the Black-Walnut mixture, psyllium, charcoal, ACV pills, and diatomaceous earth. Let me tell ya, I didn't wanna eat. I just wanted to stay home and die lol.

I was bloated, constipated, wanting to punch myself, the list goes on and on. Finally I made a salt water flush and I couldn't even drink regular water let alone salt water. The whole time I had to force it down.

Good new was, an hour later, I finally got some relief. What did I see? 5 or 6 of those lima jelly beans! they're big! Like...maybe...nickel sized.

ANDDDDDD...wait for it...I think I saw mucoid plaque. The water just couldn't break it down. It looked like a small rope, really hard to break open. Kinda felt like a sausage. (yup it's gonna be a while before I bbq sausage again)

Today, after an entire day of bloating death, I finally passed something. This time maybe 3-4 small ropes. And once again, jelly lima beans. As far as worms go...I didn't see anything that look like worms.

If anyone wanna see pictures I've got a few.

I have a question though, I keep feeling like I have to go. Every time I go, I KNOW something BIG is in there, because all the little stuff come out but not that one.

Any ideas on how to get it out? I can't find Epsom Salt where I am. I've been straining for days trying to get it out!

Enemas I've tried:
Salt Water, ACV (death in a water bag), and plain water.
