I don't think this is a worm altho it has some wormlike features. It looks more like mucus with a lot of blood in it. Did you have complete testing for Celiac Disease and hemachromatosis? Have you read about the Specific Carbohydrate Diet for IBS? Since you have an irritable bowel and are considering doing parasite treatments it would be best to start with herbs and supplements that are not irritating.
