Re: Completed My First Fast in Series! Yay! 31 Hours
Honestly, I'm inhibited writing anywhere online. It's a social anxiety thing for me, I think. Most of my health issues are related to mental health (PTSD, depression, both serious social and general anxiety, panic disorder with agoraphobia). They have been severe to the point of disability in the not-so-distant past and are a little better these day. I feel so much better with fasting as a regular 'reboot'. This is the longest I've ever done a
Water Fast though. Feeling pretty spacy tonight, in a not entirely unpleasant way! I also am having trouble sleeping.
I don't think your life will be flat and disappointing for long; you've already started the healing process and it can only get better from here. You should definitely write about it if you can, as you become ready. Not knowing what you are dealing with, it's hard to imagine, only that it's very difficult for you. You're showing a great deal of courage to make the changes you need. So many people just give up and accept poor health or pain or emotional torment as their lot in life because they think the changes are too hard to make. I'm glad you aren't giving up and are staying excited and motivated. It's so worth it!
