Thanks for writing about your journey! So glad to hear you are doing better!! Glad the antidepressants saved your life and even more happy that you got yourself checked for food allergies. I am sure your story will help others in realising how what you eat really can make you sick , and the opposite food is healing.
MAy Ialso suggest a low carb but high fat diet? I have read great things from people whom have suffered from depression that have been helped by eating fats. As an added bonus most these people lost weight. Imyself have not felt down since I started eating coccunut oil , and other fats.
