leggybrandi, if the Acne is from mites (and it often is -- mites locally feasting on oils in your hair follicles) then for sure the ivermectin will work. It won't take long to find out. You'll know in a few weeks or a month. Just apply a regular amount (like you would with an expensive moisturizer -- just enough, don't over do)every other NIGHT. Don't use other creams at night, either, just this.

Also, abandon sugars and grains from your diet. This feeds the bugs. Do it for a month with the ivermectin.
