Feeling a bit overwhelmed

I did my first Liver Flush this weekend which was very successful & thought I'd do pure wate enema just to make sure all the nasties were out. I didn't expect to see a whole load of white things which look like flat ticks. I've done a search on the internet and can't seem to find a parasite that looks like that. Any ideas? any advice on what to do now would be so much appreciated. I feel a bit sick after looking at all the pictures x
