Re: how do you know what the candida looks like?

I'm wondering for the women, how do you know if the yeast is coming from the bowel. I think mine is falling out from the vag tract. I hope its still a good sign to be coming out as opposed to a bad sign that its still there in plenty..

mine does not look like toilet paper...rather like clumps of white that sink down.

I will try the ACV enema, but i'm confused with whether vinegar is good or bad for fighting the yeast.

just started infrared sauna treatments yesterday and also currently doing Paragone parasite cleanse. So I'm hoping that you are all right and that the yeast in the bowl is a sign of healing..praying...
