I am low carb, no sugar, because my system just can't tolerate them. I cannot eat grains, dairy, rice, soy, sugar, etc.... I do the Clark Liver Flush (9 of them so far) every couple of weeks. I am underweight, and the flush makes me loose a couple of pounds, but I go right back up again. I eat a lot of veggies, meat, nuts, some beans and fruit. I keep hoping that the flushes will let me eat more carbs someday. I have been able to eat some corn and bananas again, but rice still gives me trouble. I haven't had any problems with the Clark Liver-Flush - but I don't know about the one your doing. I think it all depends on WHY you are on a low carb diet. For a health reason or to loose weight.
