I understand how you feel. I have experienced similar things. I wanted to share with you some information that I wish I had years ago that could have helped me get better instead of worse, and could have saved me mega bucks. I'm probably leaving tons of stuff out, but at least this is a start:

1) Check out the various natural products (some dirt cheap) listed on the left, like sodium bicarbonate, magnesium, and sodium thiosulfate at naturalallopathic.com. Sodium bicarbonate is just plain old baking soda. No acquired disease can exist in a perfectly balanced pH body, and nothing is cheaper or easier to use than baking soda for fixing this.

2) Find out why raw vegan can be problematic for Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome sufferers at http://www.westonaprice.org/metabolic-disorders/copper-zinc-imbalance.
In fact, read just about everything they have at that website. Great eye opener as to what really is a healthy diet, in particular I didn't realize the importance of all the fat soluable vitamins and how they are needed to absorb minerals and utilize them properly (so calcium goes where it should and not where it shouldn't, etc.).

3) Another common cause of chronic illness is heavy metal poisoning. But our bodies hang on tight to them when they are low in the good minerals they need. I still need to learn more about this myself, but Nutritional Balancing I find very interesting (see http://drlwilson.com,
http://www.tvernonlac.com).
This is a big topic (heavy metal poisoning) and requires tons of research to figure out how to do it right. Best if you could find a truly competent health practitioner to guide you. Most chelators cannot be used while heavy metals are still in your mouth, or else you will just get worse. Taking minerals is fine though.

4) Antibiotics have really messed me up, but I've had gut dysbiosis my whole life, and this is very common with those having chronic illness. Work hard on getting good bacteria in your gut, will help you tremendously. For me, food sources work better than any pill, whether it is homemade raw sauerkraut or beet kvaas made with pink himalyian salt and homemade/strained whey, or cultured raw dairy (kefir, raw yogurt, or just keeping raw milk at room temp. to naturally turn to clabbered milk).

5) Need for a customized solution. Everybody responds differently to treatments. Best to be tested for where specifically energy production is failing, and where the detoxification pathways are failing, and how your methylation cycle is doing. Also, testing for nutritional status, getting tailor made recommendations for amino acids, vitamins and minerals based on your test results seem to me like a very good place to start (though it took me way to long to realize this).

You had a lot of good tests done already, but without good guidance on how to fix the problems, that doesn't really help (I've been in this boat too). I'm now turning to expert doctors in my field of problems that allow phone consults who can order the tests and figure out how to fix me. This is a good option when there are no good doctors locally, or you can't get to them.
