Adrenal Formula + Ashwagandha root powder, How about grape juice Re: Blood sugar concerns
>>>>Also, I can't do apple juice. It will definitely crash my blood sugar. I'm concerned about citrus because it irritates my bladder and urethra. Any chance I could do oil and Ginger at first and get any success from that?<<<<
How about grape juice?

Sugar unstable as well.<<<<
I don't think this flush is low fat. You can have 1-5 tablespoons of olive oil per day.<<<<
>>>>>Finally, I'm concerned about flushing and not eating first thing in the morning. When I don't eat right when I get up it makes my blood
Sugar unstable.<<<<
The only thought I can offer is that you don't leave too much time between drinking the 8
oz of distilled water and having your morning drink. {the directions state to have you morning drink within an hour. Maybe, try drinking it within 15 minutes)
Water
----------------------------------------------
Day 1: Upon arising drink 8
ounces of distilled water
Breakfast: This is a great way to start your day. The water rinses and flushes your digestive tract of any leftover food and digestive juices. Within 1 hour prepare for the following Morning Drink: Morning Drink (Liver & Gallbladder Flush ) (Mix in a Blender) (in Spring and Summer ) 8
ounces of fresh orange juice or a citrus juice combination (1 lemon or 1 lime and enough orange, grapefruit or tangerine to make 8 ounces) or (in Fall and Winter ) 8
ounces of fresh apple and/or grape juice
8 ounces of Distilled Water
1-5 clove(s) of garlic (start with one and increase daily)
1-5 tablespoon(s) of organic virgin cold-pressed olive oil (start with one and increase daily )
1 small piece of fresh Ginger Root (about 1
inch long)

Therapeutic Action
This tea has numerous health benefits. First, it is based on an ancient East Indian digestive tea formula. Over the years in my clinic I have seen my patients eat almost anything and survive if they drank a cup of this tea before, during and after the meal. It is a stimulant to the entire digestive process, especially the stomach during the first stages of digestion.
This tea also mildly cleanses the blood, skin, liver, and gall bladder and is the perfect tea to use after the liver flush. It flushes out the bile and fats that the
Liver Flush purged from your liver and gall bladder. It is also a mild diuretic and disinfectant to the kidneys and bladder and will cause you to urinate a little more within an hour after ingestion.
This tea is also an excellent coffee replacement. It is a hot beverage, dark in color and tastes good. It's even better when a little pure maple syrup is added to the final brew. It also increases your circulation but has no caffeine. I used it in my clinic successfully for years to help people get off the coffee habit.
---------------------------------------------
Dosage:
2 cups of the tea consumed 15 minutes after doing your Liver/Gall Bladder Flush. It can also be drunk at any other time during the day, as many cups as desired.
Put 1 tablespoon (medium) or 2 tablespoons (strong) of this tea into 20 ounces of distilled water. Be sure to use only stainless steel or glass cookware. Let the tea sit in the water overnight. In the morning heat up to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain the herbs, do not discard them, let cool a bit but use hot. Put the used herbs back into the pot, add 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs and 20 ounces of pure water. Let sit overnight and repeat whole process again. Keep adding new herbs to old ones for three days, then discard all herbs and start over.

Blood Detox Tincture
//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1394444#i
Here's the ingredients -
Chaparral; Red Clover blossoms; Oregon Grape root; Yellow Dock root; Golden Seal root; Poke root; Burdock root; Lobelia seed/pod/herb; Garlic; Cayenne
Dr. Schulze has ALWAYS sold this with his 'liver detox kit', it's not needed to ensure a successful "liver flush", but the main herbs are either VERY beneficial to the liver OR they're what herbalists call 'blood cleansers'...they work together and support the body/organs (and lymphatic system!) to cleanse the blood & lymph.
The yellow/orange is likely just a stain from the carotene in the carrot juice, but since it's still hanging around (in the fingers & toes, where there's the least circulation), then I think your body would really appreciate the Blood D-Tox tincture (and plenty of cayenne to circulate it around).
If you're looking at liver congestion (like most of are/have), your best prep for a
Liver Flush is the coffee enema. It really IS invaluable. The liver herbs are fantastic, but people have actually 'pushed out stones' from doing CE's...so if that's not on your list, please give it some consideration.
Blessings aplenty -

Adrenal Formula
Complete post here:
//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1372970#i
-----------------------------------------------------
--Hawthorn Berry for your heart
--Cayenne for adequate circulation (and to stop heart arrythmias)
--Some type of gentle 'nerve sedative' to ensure a good night's sleep and less stress.
Dr. Schulze s is one of the best blends I've ever used/heard of.
--Dr. Christopher's Adrenal Formula: Sadly, since his children took over the company after his death, they no longer use organic herbs (and the last thing you/anybody needs is to be spending money on toxic, ineffective herbal products). This formula (which was originally a blend of equal parts: Siberian Ginseng (Eleuthero), Mullein, Lobelia, Ginger root, Hawthorn berry, Cayenne ) is incredibly BALANCING for the adrenals, there's nothing that 'ramps up' the adrenals or 'limits them', it's a blend of herbs that are adaptogenic (causes the adrenals to adapt to the current state of the body) or act as nourishment to the adrenals. That's the Eleuthero, Gotu Kola & Mullein in the formula. I made this as a tincture, but didn't it didn't seem to do much. And then I remembered - Dr. Christoper was treating 1950-1960 levels of adrenal distress - those in 2009 are at least twice as extreme. So I made a new batch, and doubled the three main adrenal herbs. Oh yeah! This feels SO good & right...and I've had several folks report it's very beneficial.
And lastly (but VERY importantly), at *least* 1 Tablespoon of Ashwagandha root powder daily (2-3 is probably better). This is likely THE best adaptogenic adrenal balancer on the earth (and it promotes sound sleep!). And if you responded well to steroids (I think I recall you saying that), this is going to be a Godsend to you. It tastes TERRIBLE, but it doesn't matter. When you see the information in these links, I'm sure you'll want to order some asap. It's currently out of stock at Mountain Rose Herbs, but my back-up source for Ashwangandha is Starwest Botanicals, here's the link:
http://www.starwest-botanicals.com/category/bulk-organic-herbs/
(If you order it, make SURE to get organic - this is primarily grown in India, and they still use DDT in India). And please don't get any type of 'standardized extracts', there's way too many active ingredients in this herb for 'science' to play their guessing game at which is most effective. Our natural bodies need the plant in it's natural form.
