Woke up with extreme foot pain on paragone...normal?

Background: I've been taking paragone for 6 days now for several chronic health issues I've been dealing with (anemia, chronic fatigue, brain fog, lack of appetite, etc.). I'm doing it at half strength because I weight ~105lbs. I'm also taking 2000mg enteric coated garlic once a day, and doing two lemonade/honey/water/cayenne drinks a day but none at the same time. About 3 days in, I saw two worms in the toilet, about 1/2-1" long and several white rice looking things in my stool so I know I did/do have parasites.

So this morning I woke up and my foot was a little uncomfortable right on the inside edge where my heel ends and my arch begins. I didn't think much of it until I tried to stand up and felt such excruciating pain that I couldn't put ANY weight on it. I didn't injure it, it was fine all day yesterday and there's nothing I could have kicked in the night. It's not swollen, it's not bruised but it is tender to the touch. It's been several hours now and I still can't put any weight on it... so my question is is it possible this is related to the paragone or the parasites? I'm just trying to decide whether to go to the doctor or not. I haven't had much luck with doctors and parasites and I don't particularly want to explain the parasite cleanse supplements to an urgent care doctor if it's probably just due to die off or a side effect of the cleanse... anyone have any thoughts on the matter?
