Thank you so much! I am going to do my first to try and eliminate acne, i just started a master cleanse b/c I thought that would help and while trying to keep from eating I came here and wham, should have done the liver to begin with! But I am far enough along with my Master-Cleanse that I am going to finish and then the weekend following the end of that do the LF. I can say I am excited though nervous. but i think that is after reading posts on how nasty the ES is! But I will do it and survive. Now if I could only talk my family into this stuff!
I am going to try the gel caps and put the ES in them as after doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) from the Master-Cleanse I don't know that I can hendle that much salt in one drink. But I am going to get straws and see if that helps. The lemonade is getting pretty nasty too!

Thanks for your post, certainly gives me hope of clearing up my Acne at 28 years old, and not having to buy $50 proactive!!
