Vitamin E Enema - Colitis - Overdose/Toxicity?

Hi there,

I wanted to start the Vitamin E Enema procedure for helping with Ulcerative colitis. This requires inserting upwards of 10 times the recommended upper tolerable limit of Vitamin E into your rectum/colon via an enema.

As such, I have one main concern. Can't you overdose on Vitamin E by taking too much?

Should I be concerned of overdosing? Or, when taken rectally, is it not a big deal?

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
