Amalgam Filling Replacement Filling Question and Concern!!!!

I got my Amalgams removed and replaced with a composite that contains Fluoro Alumino-silicate glass. Basically, I think it releases fluoride and aluminum. This is not a good thing, as sodium fluoride is toxic and causes a lowered iq. What now? Should I get these replaced? With what though? I was thinking either ceramic or diamondlite. I DO NOT want any BPA in my mouth or fluoride, aluminum, all the brain damaging stuff. Get back to me.
