I got my Amalgams removed and replaced with a composite that contains Fluoro Alumino-silicate glass. Basically, I think it releases fluoride and aluminum. This is not a good thing, as sodium fluoride is toxic and causes a lowered iq. What now? Should I get these replaced? With what though? I was thinking either ceramic or diamondlite. I DO NOT want any BPA in my mouth or fluoride, aluminum, all the brain damaging stuff. Get back to me.

There is some concern about composites and whether or not they contain unhealthy chemicals, but, IMHO, they are much better than silver fillings.
I wouldn't worry too much unless they seem to be causing you some trouble. I would concentrate on getting the mercury out and see how you feel.
