Last 2 questions for ya

1) Is the soap sud enema a retention enema?

2) After my first enema I went to do a 2nd one (salt) and my stomach muscles were so tight and contracted that I couldn't get the nozzle in.

My stomach is generally like this. Which is why the muscles have trouble relaxing and producing a bowel movement.

What can I do?
