Hi PM DeadPoets,

Please read my reply to PM repair7 a few post before this post also my blog titled “My challenge”.

SSE (soapsuds enemas) are considered very cleansing and I agree. I have used Dr. Bonners Castile soap with peppermint, which I find quite irritating but thorough. I hope this helps you.
