first cleanse a success according to Andreas Mortiz

Account of my... first cleanse last night according the the instruction of Andreas Mortiz "liver & Gallbladder Flush". I passed at least one hundred tiny, tiny stones. And only about two dozen larger stones. The largest a half inch in diameter. I had been taking Clarkia - Clove, Worm wood and Black-Walnut for parasites, two weeks prior with P&B shakes. I did have parasites! and I'd see them in passing! gross! I want them OUT! I will continue to do the flush every month until I have two consecutive flushes with NO stones.

During the flush itself, I felt a litlle queezy. only for moments at a time. But did have a cold sore/herpes simplex 1 virus appaear between my nose and lips. Too bad for me! I hate them. But i guess it was a reaction to the release of toxins that may have got trapped in my intestines. I don't know.

I will have a colonic on wednesday.

????.....If anyone can add to my experience, making the post-flush better. and or about the tiny outbreak of a cold sore.
