The reason it took me so long to try a flush was because I was convinced by everything that people were writing that it must be this horrific experience. Have any of these people given birth? Any of themn Italian? It's hardly a fear factor challenge. The flush is not that bad.

Some people might have a more active gag reflex. I found that I could hardly taste the olive oil when mixed the the GFJ.

If you are thinking of trying it, it is really not that bad. I am going to do another this weekend.
