Selenium lozenges for amalgams?

Is there such a thing as Selenium lozenges? I intend to get my Amalgams removed but in the mean time I was hoping to suck on selenium lozenges to combat the constant fumes coming off them. Suck on one after every meal. I have tablets but wish to stop the mercury at its source. I cannot find anything for sale using a web search engine.

Anybody know if such a product exists?
Should I just suck on the tablets?
Should I just stick to swallowing the tablets?
