Thanks for your reply… I figured that something was happening because my stomach was, before the crackers, quiet and after I chewed the cracker the stomach was talking (as you said “swearing”) stomach growling.

Yes, the digestive production stopped from the pancreas with the fast and allowed the damage to heal (at least heal majorly by removing/ reducing the pain message-alert to me).

I’m better this morning, after three hours of sleep, the fogy thinking is better and hopefully for my family and those around me the cranky attitude will be replaced with a reasonable flow of my regular daily humor, sensible interactions- that you helped - started that humor-seed to grow within you reply this morning.
