With regard to the company where I ordered, I totally agree with your comments. I had decided not to order more from them. It's really unfortunate, because the product is good, but the service is often unreliable.

I appreciate your open and genuine way of communicating. I have an aunt called Sara and she, too, never leave anything unsaid. I will continue to follow your posts with great interest.
