Re: Should I ever ride again?

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to chime in here with my two cents. Back in '81 I was in a motorcycle accident myself. I ended up having to get surgery on my right knee to repair torn ligaments and had a cast on my leg for 6-8 weeks. During that time I had the bike repaired and when the cast came off I was back riding again. As jboy says about ridin', "Nothing else matters" when you're crusin' down some country two-lane blacktop.

One thing the accident taught me though, don't take for granted that other motorist can see you. Whenever I rode my bike after the accident, my eyeballs were constantly scanning everything around me. I was ready to react.

Joseph - if you're experiencing some fear issues about getting back on your "hoss" because of the accident, I think Celestial had a good idea with using EFT in dealing with those issues. It's hard giving up motorcycle ridin' once it's in your blood.

Jonn - Would love to hear about your skydiving experience after your jump. (I would rather keep both feet firmly on the ground).

Rocky
