yea im not going to be taking it longer than 4 weeks but the dosage is vague...it doesnt give mg's...my bottle says take 3 a day with food...but Hulda Clark s parasite cleanse says 8 towards the end....i guess i will just keep an eye on side effects and keep increasing dosage until i feel uncomfortable
