I got the tooth and gum powder myself

think I had me quite a sinus infection starting on me too as it hurt my whole head when I coughed so I took a steaming hot shower and loaded up on cayenne/echinacea and garlic and it seems to have gotten much better since earlier today although my gums are still sore

I am gonna brush em again tonight with it and see what happens

there has got to be a way to clean my teeth without having to go to the dentist ..I do have one of those pick thingys that is curved and really sharp ..but doing that myself I would probably do more harm than good LOL

the dentist would always made me take 4 500mg amoxicillin before they would treat me cause of my heart murmer so I dont really know how to avoid that either (sigh)

oh well maybe someone will come up with something
