Re: Dr. Shulze's Super Food Plus?

The product I referred to isn't a drink substitute, it's a tablet. Surely there are other tablets or capsules that would work.

I realize whole food is best, but I would be as big as a barn if I tried to eat all the food I needed in order to get a full compliment of nutrients -- and that's even if I WERE absorbing food well. As it is, I pass a large amount of undigested food each day, even with the addition of HCI and digestive enzymes. Given this, it seems unwise to stop subsidizing my nutrient levels, at least until my absorption levels increase.

I'm kind of frustrated here because I just spent a lot of money ordering your book and products and while I want to follow the plan as closely as possible, I can't afford to become even more anemic or malnourished. I'm already 10-15 pounds overweight and I certainly can't afford to gain anymore, which is what would happen if I double my food intake to get all my nutrients "naturally", as you direct.

Is the orange peel the main problem with Dr. Shulze's product? If I found a product that contains only spirulina, kelp and maybe some wheat grass, would that be acceptable?
