First I've ever heard of carpet beetles possibly carrying the disease, although if you have Morgellons, maybe you transferred it to them.
Get diatremaceous earth and start spreading it around on as many surfaces as you can. Possibly do one room at a time (seal the room off and wait a few days).
You will need a good respirator as this natural fossil can irritate the lungs. I know with bedbugs it works because when the bugs walk across it, they die not from poison, but because the rough surface of the fossil cuts their bodies thus killing them. I'm sure it would work for carpet beetles too.
