Should you increase your salt if starting iodine? I just started taking it hoping it will help my ovarian cyst induced hormone imbalances because I have to wake up every hour to pee. Last night I stupidly took it right before bed and in addition to not sleeping my urges to pee are worse than before. It also made me instant sick. I assume this is a herx reaction as I also have candida. I started taking natures way 400 mcg kelp because the store didn't have elemental? Iodine.
