I don't think a spoonful of syrup is all that bad, in fact, they say if you're hungry to drink more juice and that has 2 tbsp of syrup in it. I've done it too, a few times. I'm on day 4, down 8 lbs and craving food as well. Last night I dreamt I was eating toast and jam, just a bit though. I'm trying to find out if veggie broth is okay. One of the stories I read on the net said they do veggie broth once in a while. Is this okay?
