The other day I craved this lemonade and then macadamia nuts rolled into romaine lettuce, of all things!
I have dreamt of macadamias, cashews, and almonds...pine nuts...
Must be the protein.
Funny thing is, I was NOT a vegetarian before this. I had been living on the typical low carb diet for two years, followed by two months of horrible regular food all winter.
Prior to that, I used to do food combining. I think I will go back to that and incorporate more raw foody techniques after this is over. I usually crave red meat and I HAVE NOT been craving it at all. NUTS!
