Re: Pregnant and morning sickness is aweful

Are you taking prenatal vitamins? Sometimes that enhances morning sickness. If you are, try taking them at night or after work when you can rest. Also, even if you don't feel like, try eating smaller meals instead of one or two large meals. That helped when I had it. And make sure you drink PLENTY of water!!! I stress that because I just got out of the hospital last night for dehydration. The heat here has been terrible and I got a really bad sunburn after only being in the sun for an hour!

I am so glad your anxiety has not returned!! I had the worse first trimester, as far as anxiety and depression! Are you still able to take your other vitamins, as in, were they ok'd by your OB? I take so many vitamins because I need strong doses of the ones I take. But if you start to see the anxiety and/or Depression coming, you might ask your OB if it is ok to take magnesium. I take anywhere from 100 to 200 mg a day and that really helps me stave it off.

My brain fog has been back off and on, but I think it is partly cause by my allergies/sinuses. They worsen when you are pregnant. And the anxiety didn't help things, either.

I feel for you because I felt like I had the worse first trimester with this pregnancy. This pregnancy has been a difficult one, with a lot of ultrasounds, blood work, low progesterone, lots of worry. But I think you will be fine. Just hang in there. Second trimester will be here before you know it and you will get some relief!

Sorry for the book :) You know me and long posts!!! Hope you get some relief soon!

P.S........... We are having a BOY!!!! YAY!!!!!!
