cleansing and clearing the pathways of elimination are very helpful. it has been said by many here that if the adrenals are bad they should be addressed first before iodine.

not everybody can just charge their way through with large doses of iodine. there is little difference between cant and wont since the result is the same. but yes, its a sign that Iodine should not be neglected, but perhaps delayed if there are other things to that need done. there are a lot of really screwy body chemistries being created out there with all manner of mysteries that could be going on. EMF is a biggy. all the endocrine disrupters can turn people into biochemical frankensteins. and so on - you know how deep the rabbit hole goes.

everyone who has had the easiest time with intial Iodine supping are those who have been addressing their problems themselves with diet and cleansing and fasting. the ones with the hardest time are those who have been on fluoridated drugs. thats just what the data says, anecdotal as it might be.

i went a hell of a long way before i ever started Iodine with many tricks and treatments and modalities - doing most of the things on curezone before it got so huge. and then when i did take iodine, it was like kicking in the afterburners. best thing i ever did. a basic necessity along with oxygen and water and such. essential.
