Yes, LBP, rutabaga the turnip. And yes, turthfully the first one presented me with a terrible die-off experience. I didn't boil it though, instead I sliced them about 1/4 inch thick, brushed oilive oil on both sides, and baked them about 7 minutes at 350 then turned them for another five minutes of baking. The thinner they're sliced, the less baking time, but they're better if not too thin. Putting Sea Salt on them is all they need, and I still enjoy them as they're a very tasty and healthy vegetable.
