If you've been on Antibiotics and steroids for an extended time period, you are almost certain to have a candida problem. Often times, candida is accompanied by parasites because the candida helps set up a great environment for the buggers to live in and also helps lower your immune system so your body can't find them off as it normally would.

There are lots of good forums on her about about parasites and candida and I've learned a lot about treating my conditions on here and seem to be making good progress. (I've really only been at this a couple of months...it took me a while to zero in on what was really wrong with me).

For the parasites, Humaworm has been very helpful. Barefoot Herbalist has some pretty powerful stuff too (some say it's better than Humaworm's) but since you have Candida isues, I'd stay away from Barefoot's syrup dewormer and go with his powder mixture since the sweetness in the syrup will likely aggravate your candida.)

For candida, there are many long term systemic remedies you will likely want to try, but one thing that has helped me quite a bit quickly has been colonics. You can literally see the candida pouring out of you when you do one and you feel better that afternoon! (More energy, sleep better that night, less headache, etc.).
