You should definitely get those little lumps of poison out of your teeth and then chelate the mercury out. I think it is one of the most important things people can do for their health.

To answer some of your questions (if I may):

You should go to a mercury-free dentist who takes precautions to protect you against the mercury released during removal. A little online research would show you what kind of precautions are best.

The time filling replacement takes would depend on you and your dentist. I've read it's better to replace them quickly rather than a few at a time, but getting the fillings out is the key.

Some people feel better very soon after replacement, but most people (like me) only felt truly better after months of chelation. Chelation is an extremely important part of this process. There are different methods (Cutler Protocol, DMPS, Cilantro and Chlorella to name just a few) and different opinions about which one is best. A bit of online research will give you more info about this too.
